Also the packaging is very nice, the boxes are keepers! Kate is not just a talented jeweler, she's one of the nicest sellers I've encountered on Etsy: friendly in communication, happy to accommodate and she seems to be genuinely happy that people like her designs. She's therewith a great example of a shop owner who makes shopping on Etsy so delightful.

Wholesale availability
Not something I have done before, but I am happy to create designs specifically for the wholesale market. I am a creative person with hundreds of ideas, and a marketing / business background, so feel free to contact me to discuss your requirements.
Custom and personalized orders
I don't alter existing pieces. They are finished and would often require taking apart to change. If you would like something similar to what you see in my shop, I will try and create it for you from scratch, if I have the materials. Please contact me so we can talk about it!
Sizing details
I provide detailed info about dimensions, but I don't have access to a model, and I'm not too fond of phone camera selfies... :P
I try to take professional grade photos, so I am not too happy about the quality of phone selfies, but I am more than happy to take a selfie wearing the jewelry of your choice to give you a better idea of what it looks like on a real person... Please message me if you'd like that.
Payment options
I can only accept PayPal. I live in Thailand - unfortunately Etsy's direct checkout does not support bank accounts in Thailand. Let's hope that changes soon!
Why do some of the items ship from Thailand and some from Poland?
I have recently moved from Poland to Thailand, so whatever I have created while living in Poland is currently with my lovely mom who helps me ship those items from Poland. Anything that I have created here in Thailand, I will ship from here. There is a note at the end of each listing, which tells you where that item ships from.
What if I want purchase multiple items and some of them ship from Thailand and some from Poland?
Not a problem! You will receive two separate packages; one containing the items shipping from Poland, and one containing the items shipping from Thailand. Delivery times will be different, so you will receive them on different days. I will send you the tracking numbers for BOTH packages.
Tracking your orders
I send all of my packages by registered mail. I will send you the tracking number once the package is shipped. Please note online tracking is not available in every country.
